The Lab Capacity Building Program: Nonprofit leadership program is now accepting applications

Nonprofit leaders who want to maximize their impact in the capital region need opportunities and resources to innovate and problem-solve. The Lab Capacity Building Program provides a hub for established and emerging leaders in the capital region's social sector to do just that — and applications to join the next cohort are now available!

During the seven-month program, participants attend regular sessions to identify and address specific challenges stymieing their organizations' abilities to increase their impact. With support and coaching from the Sacramento Region Community Foundation, Third Plateau Social Impact Strategies, and fellow members of their cohort, The Lab participants develop critical skills and capacities to advance their work in our region.
