MISSION:
To provide insights, guidance, and support to nonprofit organizations in achieving their goals and objectives and strengthening operations on diverse management related topics, through organizational consulting, coaching, training, and education in results-oriented approaches to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
HISTORY/INFORMATION:
Brainstorm Bob Consulting was founded in 2010. Bob brings over 30 years of professional arts and nonprofit management experience in all aspects of nonprofit organizations with arts, nonprofit, academic and government organizations to his consulting, coaching and teaching. Sample projects have included: grant writing for theatre organizations; grant writing and facilitation of year long implementation of the funded project for a partnership of 5 nonprofit healthcare organizations; nonprofit incorporation and 501©(3) applications for five organizations; board of directors development and training for regional arts councils; board training workshops for statewide regional center association; grant writing for a semi-professional soccer organization; revision and updates of employee handbooks for two organizations; conducted grant funded organizational assessment for health care clinic; teaching arts management and general nonprofit management related classes and workshops for universities, community education programs, nonprofit organizations, and nonprofit associations.
