Info Session: Sacramento Arts Sustainability Program

Tune in on Thursday, September 24th to learn more about SARA's, Arts Sustainability Program.

The Sacramento Arts Sustainability program is designed for small-mid sized non-profit Arts organizations (with priority given to BIPOC organizations) to ensure sustainability during and post the covid-19 epidemic. Participating organizations need at least five staff/volunteers/board members involved in workshops, trainings and private coachings with Arts mentors. Trainings, workshops and coachings will be throughout the months of October - December. Non-profit management experts from the Impact Foundry will provide workshops on the 5 pillars of Revenue Structure, Operational Framework, Nonprofit Brand & Community Engagement, Change Management, and Cultural Responsiveness. A cohort will be established by the first week of October and the program will end in December, culminating in each organization creating a sustainability package to present to future funders. There is no cost to the organization for participating in the cohort. Funding for this program has been awarded through a City of Sacramento CARES ACT grant and can include up to 16 non-profit arts organizations. Applications will be accepted until midnight October 1, 2020.
