AMS’s Expanding Pathways to Consulting Fellowship program is a paid, 12-week program that offers the opportunity for those from communities that have been underrepresented in arts management consulting to gain hands on experience in the field. The program started in 2020 as an in-person program, but it is now virtual. To date we have had six fellows go through and we have actually hired two as full-time AMS employees after their fellowship ended.

AMS Planning & Research‘s Expanding Pathways to Consulting Fellowship Program, designed to engage members of BIPOC populations, is seeking its next fellows.
