SARA Has Three Primary Goals ...

SARA has three primary goals, to represent the robust nature of our region’s cultural community, to connect arts agencies and creative workers across platforms to help them succeed, and to engage the area’s citizens with the wealth of cultural resources we have to offer.

Our member pages represent a rich fabric of organizations, artists, and creative workers that compose the foundation of our cultural community. The blog will keep you up to date with useful information including success stories from our regional institutions as well as status updates on our industry as we navigate the Covid crisis. For our member organizations and individuals we’ll provide job and artist opportunities as they arise with everything from grant opportunities and artist calls to employment listings. Last and most importantly, the site will help the community engage in advocacy to let our area leaders know that the arts matter. With your engagement and support we’ll have a better opportunity to greet you on the other side of this crisis.
