FREE Event to Celebrate Arts, Culture and Creativity Month!

The Sacramento Office of Arts and Culture is hosting a FREE event on April 7th at 11 AM to kick off Arts, Culture, and Creativity Month! There will be performances by local artists including Olympic hopeful, Bboy Morris and remarks from Mayor Darrell Steinberg and other local officials. Arts, Culture and Creativity Month is an annual month-long spotlight on the arts to raise visibility and awareness about the value arts bring, empower arts advocates, and to spur greater investments in the creative economy and creative workforce. The event will be held in-person at the McClatchy Park Ampitheater and livestreamed on www.engagesac.org/media. The event is free, but you must register for tickets HERE.
